We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Yard and Logistics Assistant to join our team. This role involves ensuring that customer and supplier vehicles are promptly and safely loaded/unloaded, maintaining clean and organized yard and store areas, and supporting wash bay and workshop/joinery operations. The ideal candidate will take pride in upholding our company's values and delivering efficient, friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and provide customer and driver orders in a timely manner
• Assist with the safe loading and offloading of vehicles for both customers and suppliers
• Ensure yard stock items are neatly packed, organized, and easily accessible
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all vehicles and loading areas
• Provide support to customers and suppliers in the workshop and joinery areas
• Carry out wash bay activities efficiently and accurately
• Keep store shelves, boards, and stock items well-packed and presentable for customers
• Consistently uphold and promote the company’s values, culture, and high standards of customer service

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Product knowledge
